(I quite like their courtesy, especially as we beat them at their home for the first time in ten years! An idea for our website too, maybe)
I have a more serious point - I nearly always ask a steward at an away ground how many of us do they expect. Surprisingly, they seldom seem to have had any briefing about this, and quite often guess a figure sometimes very different from the eventuality.
Is there somebody within BHA who collects and collates our away fans numbers, and works with the host clubs to provide their stewards with information on likely numbers, and possible stress?
