Online tickets for concessions

why am i unable to buy concession season tickets online? The options are listed, but the adult price is the only one available. I'm after a seniors ticket for my dad, but I checked and none of the kids rates work either.

Is this is deliberate, or simply an error with my login?
If deliberate, do you know why that decision has been made? It puzzles me that oldies and youngsters can't use the internet to buy tickets, and in my opinion would be ridiculous if that's still the case at Falmer.

I think this maybe because you need to register them as linked into your account. If you call Paul McGowan at the ticket office, he's your man for sorting specific queries.
