We have examined the catering options in some detail and have spoken to many major venues whilst doing so. We have come to the conclusion that having experienced external caterers is our best option.

We have spoken to the Cricket Club who do their own catering for hospitality but not for the public kiosks at major events. The scale of catering required at the CS is of a wholly different level to that at the cricket club.

The other issue we have to consider is the setting out of the kitchens serving areas etc. At this initial stage it is much better to have the catering contractors on board to help design the kitchens and kiosk and hospitality offer. If we did not have them on board we would need to employ catering consultants, a much more expensive option.
