Good morning, me again!

Are you able to tell me what will be behind the windowed area above the East stand terrace? On the online blueprints the rear section is marked ‘city college’ but I couldn’t see what the front section will be used for, is it a concourse area for spectators, corporate boxes or simply office space?

Also are the club still looking for tenants for the space that was earmarked for city college or is some of this space going to be used for matchday purposes ie large seated concourse areas where fans can socialise and drink prior to matches?

Hello, You Again.

The area behind the windows is designated for the City College. Although it is looking unlikely we are still hoping they may be able to find some way of taking the space.

In case that doesn't happen, we are beginning to look at other possible uses for the area.

That's a shame I thought it would be nice to have a beer up there looking through the window at the pitch!

There will be areas in the west stand where you can do exactly that. Apart from the main Platinum and Gold hospitalities, there will be four other hospitality areas / executive clubs with a view of the pitch. You will not have to eat to book a hospitality seat.
