Getting rid of Sky pin number

Is it possible to remove the need to have to put your pin number in for anything over a PG? It's driving me mad having to keep putting it in. Tonight is the last straw as although it's past 9pm, it's still asking for it. SAKE

try removing your parental controls if not contact sky

Please accept my apologies. Try services, parental control, then press red button to toggle on/off

Settings>Parental Contol>Viewing Restrictions

All should be turned off really

There are no restrictions switched on in that menu though?

contact sky and they will remove them for you
