I see from your response regarding lapsed season ticket holders that this is something you will "look at again closer to the start of the season".
I asked a couple of months ago about this and also mentioned blue members.
As a lapsed season ticket holder and a blue member for two consecutive years, I currently feel that you don't really value me as a customer, as I've had no contact from the club whatsoever. Not even regarding renewing my blue membership.
Can you confirm if blue members will be invited to re-join or if you are just expecting us to find the information for ourselves?
