Blue members and season tickets

I see from your response regarding lapsed season ticket holders that this is something you will "look at again closer to the start of the season".

I asked a couple of months ago about this and also mentioned blue members.

As a lapsed season ticket holder and a blue member for two consecutive years, I currently feel that you don't really value me as a customer, as I've had no contact from the club whatsoever. Not even regarding renewing my blue membership.

Can you confirm if blue members will be invited to re-join or if you are just expecting us to find the information for ourselves?

Blue members will receive their second DVD, plus an invitation to renew (or maybe to upgrade to a ST) at the same time as season tickets go out (which is when DVDs will be back from the duplication house). However, if you do not wish to wait, you can download the form from the website.
