Hi,

Quick question about the East Stand. The revised design is clearly two tier, though with the upper tier not being put in yet, so is the upper tier capacity additional to the overall permitted capacity or within it? I seem to recall hearing somewhere that it wasn't being put in initially as a cost saving, but I'm a bit hazy on the details.

The east, south and north stands are all single tier. The capacity of the stadium is 22,500 and the area above the seating in the east stand is part of the area earmarked for City College.
