Council imposed Travel Management Scheme

Hi,

Whilst reading the debate on the 'fairness'/'unfairness' of the Council imposed TMS scheme for home match days, I thought it might be appropriate to ask the following.

Does a matchday ticket have a 'free' travel voucher attached, or does the purchaser contribute through a percentage of the cost towards his/hers travel voucher?

I'm pretty sure I am going over old ground, but getting older my memory isn't what it was.

It contributes to the overall cost of the TMS, which is the same amount of money, regardless of who uses what. Bus and train companies are now paid a flat rate per game.
