Can you tell us the difference between what decisions and influence are taken by the shareholders and/or the Board?

To clarify, we know that list of shareholders is not the same as the list of the Board of Directors, so what decisions are taken by the Board, and are there any decisions taken by the Board that would need the approval of the shareholders - for instance, the hiring and firing of a manager?

What is the role of the shareholders on a day to day basis, if any?

The directors are responsible for the day-to-day running of the club. Shareholders obviously have a say - not least at the AGM, as with any business - but the directors are responsible for the running of the club.
