A significant number of people want Mickey to stay. Lets hope he does.

Apologies for further cluttering up Ask the Club but some of us can see that stability is the key to our success. Can you confirm that the board's view is that management stability is the best chance of a successful long term future. Managers have not been given long enough at our club or others and need time. The coaching set up however appears tired though. As a second question can Insider confirm how long Booker and White's contracts are?

I too hope Micky is able to turn things around and remain as boss. Regarding BB and DW I am not sure of their individual contract arrangements with the club, but let's not forget this is the same backroom staff who were in place for THREE promotions, and worked under Steve Coppell, Peter Taylor and Mark McGhee amongst others - all excellent managers with good judgement - and none of those felt the need to shake up the coaching staff.
