The meeting is scheduled for 2:00 at the council chambers. So I expect the decision will be made about 17:00 hours.

I'll be there, weather permitting, and intend to update NSC on line as the meeting progresses.

Is it just me or do people not seem that interested or bothered about this meeting!?
If the plans are rejected the stadium will not go ahead in April and it could be seriously delayed
