I don't actually know the exact number, so I am not going to speculate - but as Dick Knight confirmed on BBC SCR, the largest number will go to Albion fans. The club are inviting various officials from the council, Football Foundation etc and I think once those invite responses come back we would be in a better position to confirm numbers.
