Has the club officially signed the deal with The Buckingham Group yet to build Falmer as their website, keen to announce any new deals, I notice shows no signs of any association with The Albion yet? When will it be signed?
The Buckingham Group has put out a press release announcing the deal. It appeared on their website (not sure if it is still there) but it was reproduced in the most recent Albion Almanac. The deal has been agreed, but nothing formal has been signed as yet - but this is no reason for concern as it is a huge document, and it is normal practice for these to take a while to be signed off (although it will be done very soon and before work commences). As an aside, last Friday, 18 members of BG staff were at Withdean preparing for the commencement of work on site in December.
