Can the club please provide a clear and comprehensive guide to the ticket booking fee please. Is it applicable to phone and postal applications? Home and/or away? Is it applied to games where you cannot apply in person? Wheelchair user applications?

The £2 booking fee is per transaction (not per ticket) and applies to home and away online, telephone and fax applications and is an admin charge. Over-the-counter and postal (with SAE) applications do not attract this charge. Purchasers are advised at point of payment.
