I dont know where you live PMB, but 26 minutes to get back home from the game - thats a fast walk or very reliable public transport

Nice try shithead. He lives 10 mins from the ground.

What a binfest give the lad a break, his only mistake was posting on here, If he wants to leave early thats his choice.

Fair point, but he DID come on here, giving it the biggun and abusing other posters so has rightly been ripped apart.

I'm sure he's no alone in having left early. Others that did will just be feeling a little sheepish to themselves, whereas pornomagboy has, much to the amusement of most on here, been royally hung, drawn and quartered.

Correct. Everyone has the right to leave when they want, and hell, at least he WENT to the game, which is more than a lot of people on here did.

But as Safeway pointed out, he's getting all this stick because he had a pop at people who went, and he's getting his just rewards for doing so.

Plus this guy made it 100 times worse for himself started a NEW thread. There was a match thread, why not put it in there?

am i bothered i only left because we was playing shit in the first half.

So according to your post:
1) your only a fan if they play well,
2) you must have left at half time at least 80%of this seasons home games, call your self a fan,you should stay and watch through the shit games and the good games.

I don't know where you were sitting but in the south concourse we saw 10 people leave and persuaded another 4 to stay and have faith.

If he had of played more direct 1st half it would of been different, Thornton was outstanding, and lets face it we were never going to win a game with virgs up top on his own.

PMB look on the bright side. At half-time you left early enough not to block anyone's view of our late winner.

Some of us like BOF slate Mickey Adams as soon as as the team go 2-0 down and then go quiet on that front when we get a remarkable victory...

*cough* I said that Adams should do the decent thing and walk if he is unable to turn around our slump. Never did I say that Adams should be sacked. I have been critical of the way the management have handled games with bizarre selections and seemingly two dimensional tactics. The only reason I have been quiet last night/today is because NSC broke and then I have been at work all day without access to the internet.

I was not at the game, not through boycotting, but simply because I couldn't make it. The result did not upset me. Apart from being over the moon (and gutted I couldn't make it) it frustrates me that we can turn a game around against the Champions/auto promotion candidates elect, but throw away points against many strugglers. That is all.

Right. its time to put the record straight. I consider myself to be a good mate to the thread starter, and, although I admit this was a very silly thing to say (and he probably fells a bit silly now) I think a lot of the criticism he has received is harsh. 16 Pages FFS!

To say that PMB Is not a true supporter coz he left at ht is f***ing ridiculous! He has had a season ticket for longer than I can remember and goes to the away games as well. He has only missed a few games this season (and one because he was abroad on business).

Lets be honest, anyone who was there felt like leaving when their second goal went in. In fact i know several other people who did.

Lets stop this sillines now shall we

And Keiran, chin up mate, Think before you post next time.:lol:

Whilst the original poster has been made to look stupid, I agree that there seems to be a witch-hunt culture growing on NSC which is reall unpleasant. Sometimes it's not that serious, with childish posters dragging up old posts just to rub it in to the person who might have made a wrong prediction, or been proved wrong. Other times it has turned into a very public slating of an individual (lickergate) and it's pretty unfair. Mendoza seems to like to ringlead as well.

I don't know if people left in any great numbers last night at half time, but what I would say was that generally I thought the crowd was very supportive. Yes we were outplayed towards the end of the first half but I didn't hear any booing as the players went off. The crowd were a big part of the second half comeback.

I didn't think we were going to comeback and I feared for Sullivan, it would have been a shame if he had let in 4 or 5 on his debut. But I never thought of leaving and the second half last night and the last 10 minutes/extra time/penalties of the Man City game have been the highlights of a pretty dire season.
