The club submitted this application in August and the Brighton and Hove City Council website lists it as having been received on 19th August.
Seven weeks later it has still not been registered so the formal consultation procedure with interested parties, neighbours etc has not started. Can you, or the club, shed any light on why the application has yet to be validated and how long this consultation period must be before it can be determined by the Council's Planning Committee?
