Tickets.....

Season ticket holders, like myself, had to wait for a letter (and at what expense) to get to me with a special number before I could buy my ticket online. Yet as a blue member, I can simply pick up the phone and buy from the ticket office. This latter idea is just brilliant, it might catch on. Brewery and booze up come to mind.

Seriously though, the club have some ticketing issues that are not really being addressed, doesn't it? Does one agree that the above, if I am right, seems completely nutty?

The reason is the ticket office isn't currently capable of handling 4000 season ticket holders all ringing the ticket office at the same time! Additionally we thought that most STHs would prefer to be able to make a simple transaction online, in what would take a few minutes, than sit in a queue on the end of a phoneline.
