I was just wandering do we have to give 15 per cent allocation for cup games any more, as we didn't against Man City. However i had to move my seat against Northwitch a couple of years ago, in view of them filling their 15 per cent. Has the FA changed the rules on this ?

No, City had the option of 25% up front, but opted for taking just the away end.
