Derby mix up

Hello.

I went in to the ticket office last saturday with the intention of buying my Derby ticket. Being a gold member i thought this would be no problem after reading on the website i thought this was possible.
I was pretty mythed when i got there to be told i couldnt buy the ticket by the lad behind the counter and i would have to do it either by postal application or online.
Im 99% sure that it says on the website that these tickets can be brought in person and hinesight i probably should have asked to speak to Paul who was there at the time but i was just wondering if this was a mistake by the ticket office?

When you say last Saturday, if it was three days ago you should have been able to buy - but the previous Saturday the details, including prices were not set. Apologies.
