Dear Insider,

I have never subscribed to Seagulls World, but I am tempted to do so. Do Premium TV or whoever they are, offer a subtitle service? I am moving to London soon, so will not be able to rely on South Today etc. for subtitled interviews and I was hoping you could advise me as to whether they do.

It doesn't come with subtitles, but I will ask Perform if there is any type of software which can be installed to enable users to have subtitles.
