With all the concerns about the ticket office not responding to emails I'd like to say that I sent them an email at 21:15 this evening and received a reply 5 minutes later. Yes-9:15pm! They come in for some stick at times so just thought I'd say thanks, via you, to Paul McGowan who is still working this late.

Thanks. Will pass that on. One thing re the ticket office email, if you do not get an auto-response email, your email hasn't got through for whatever reason.
