Ticket Office - Why Do They NEVER Answer Emails?

Further to the 'Ticket Office Bad Feedback' thread, it is commonly accepted that the ticket office never ever answer emails. Why IS this exactly? I know they're short-staffed and grafting hard, but it's in nobody's best interests to publish email addresses for the ticket office on the official site, and then nobody ever gets a reply to an email query. Not knocking the ticket office staff in any shape or form, cos I always find them polite and helpful on the phone or in person, but IMHO the club should either withdraw the email address(es) for the ticket office, or ensure there is somebody responsible for responding to the emails. On further inspection, if you do not get an auto-response saying your email has been received, then it's been filtered. I will be looking into this further, but certain words used in emails and email accounts affect this. We have to have the filter on, otherwise we end up with literally thousands of junk mails each day.
