Buses back into Brighton

Once again a long long wait to get a Bus back into Brighton after the Orient game. I understand from a mate who left just before the whistle that they had 3 football specials but 2 left nearly empty! Why?

We had to wait until 5.20 for the next normal number 5 and left quite a few more to wait for the next normal service bus which would probably be about another 20 minutes, so that would be nearly and hour after the final whistle!

I'm not sure two of three buses left empty! As for your bus, have I missed something here? I'm confused as to how 5.20pm is an nearly hour after the final whistle. Saturday's game finished a few minutes before 5pm, so by the time you have left the ground, walked to the pick up point, I think 5.20pm isn't bad timing.
