Whenever I try emailing customerservices@perform.com to cancel my subscription (before the free trial period is over), I receive this email immediately after..

I am using a hotmail account, I don't know if that makes any difference. But I'd like to cancel my subscription before it's too late, and if this keeps happening I'm not sure how I'm supposed to do so.
