why cant we just ring up quoting membership number to get free tickets for the 2 free matches,i cant possibly get to shop as work all day?,i was told you have to book in person,and seeing as the 1st free game is this sat

You can, simply call the ticket office number printed on the leaflet and arrange to hand in your voucher and collect at Withdean.
