Just to say I ordered lots of item from the club shop yesterday.They arrived today only 1 day later and they arrived recored post.The handwriting was fine and the order was packed well.To me that is first class service and when ever I have ordered anything tickets wise or shop goods have always found the service to be fast and excellent.As there are lots of negatives flying around please pass these comments on to the shop staff and let them know that some of the fans think they do a great job.

Thank you. Unfortunately the ticketing issue and Man City draw have slightly overlooked the fact that we have successfully launched the new kits over the last few weeks. All three of the new kits have been very well received by the fans and the Shop Staff have been working extremely hard to get the huge amount of mail order dispatched quickly and efficiently. I will definitely pass on your comments to them.
