Season ticket renewals

I've just received my renewal letter encouraging me to renew online,
this I have just attempted to do only to be quoted a price that is more
than the price quoted if I go to the club shop and renew in person!

Paul, I really think someone should have a word with your I.T. dept.
with Falmer looming, this does not auger well. Coupled with the fact
that a friend of mine (with 2 years of a 3 year ST remaining) has just
received a renewal letter!!!

As for the pricing problem, we were of it and it should now be resolved (and FYI it isn't our IT dept but an third-party company who maintain the online facility - rest assured your grievances have been passed on) if that does occur again could I ask that you please call the ticket office.
