Why have the club stopped phone applications for away tickets for disabled supporters?
My father phoned the ticket office, as usual, to purchase a Leeds ticket to be informed he now had to apply by post.
Whilst the ticket office employee was apologetic the 'if we do it for you we will set a precedent' justification is a bit lame...and didnt explain the change in policy.
I ask you to reconsider.
