Away ticket applications for disabled supporters

Why have the club stopped phone applications for away tickets for disabled supporters?

My father phoned the ticket office, as usual, to purchase a Leeds ticket to be informed he now had to apply by post.

Whilst the ticket office employee was apologetic the 'if we do it for you we will set a precedent' justification is a bit lame...and didnt explain the change in policy.

I ask you to reconsider.

There has been no change in policy. I have also spoken with the ticket office staff and they cannot recall any such telephone queries. I'm not sure what happened here, but it may be that the ticket office were not clear your father was attempting to buy a disabled ticket. If he calls them up again they will be able to help; and if he has any further problems ask for Paul the ticket office manager.
