I think you have missed my point.

Why did the club not allow existing under 21 in the south centre to have their tickets at £120 as a payback for paying the full price all this time, when they could have gained admission for £1 during those years?

I didn't miss the point, but we can't have a whole range of renewal prices depending on previous area/length of ticket. The fact is that whether somebody holds an adult and child season ticket in the family stand or the south stand, they are being rewarded for their loyalty.
