Firstly it's great news that the results will now be posted on the Seagulls website.

Secondly, is there no way that people could pay £1 on the Seagulls website and enter on there? They'd get given a number even though they may not actually be present at the game. I'm sure this would encourage more people to play and the prize amount would increase which would result in more people playing. Instead of winning £400 or so, winning a couple of grand would be even nicer.

I would certainly be prepared to buy two or three tickets with the knowledge that half of my stake is going towards the club. It would also allow the club to sell tickets all week long instead of just an hour before the game.

Possibly booking fees, regulations etc might not make this idea feasible?

I will suggest this to the lottery manager. I suspect for the cost of setting up and administering such a scheme, it wouldn't be financially viable or what the regulations state. But I will make the suggestion for them to consider.
