I promised myself that next time NSC crashed and I had to re-register I'd change my user name. Consequently ofab will no longer be posting on NSC, instead I've changed it to Brovian.
This is not a character from Star Trek but it was something that the supporters in the 1950s wanted to use as a nickname, a sort of precursor to 'Seagulls'. It was supposed to be a combination of BRighton and hOVe. Of course it didn't stick ('Brovians!, Brovians!') mainly because it is utterly stupid. Still I didn't want to see it fade into the mists of time and as I was born in the 1950s I thought I'd use it.
Has anyody else taken the opportunity of the fresh start to change theirs?
PS - I've got my profile set not to display signatures or avatars so if anybody has announced a change there I won't have seen it.
