American, ahead of Union. I prefer both codes to soccer tbh inasmuch as I can watch NFL or RU games when I don't have an interest and still enjoy them. Soccer on the other hand often bores me silly if I'm not actively supporting one team.

EDIT: Ha! I Didn't realise how old this thread was until I saw some of the old names such as Starry and the legendary Bars Mar.

It has to be a game I understand BECAUSE I've played it. In my case ... rugby union. Any sport that I've experienced only as a spectator event is missing something.
