Who would I need to contact regarding the fact that my STH highlights DVD has not, as yet, arrived?
Obviously I appreciate the fact that the postal service is somewhat stretched at this time of year, but I know of people who live in the same town as me who received theirs at least a week ago if not longer.
Any assistance you may be able to provide will be gratefully received.
