Is there any way of reducing the size of pictures so that they fit within the 100x100 limit allowed on NSC?

Turkey suggested resizing the image with a paint or photo program, then uploading to some web space.

As I seem to have posted about 50 times now - please bear with me - I will get NSC set up so that avatars can be hosted elsewhere, be any size and be automatically resized.

Unfortunately it's not a simple option I can just switch on - and I'm somewhat busy with other things.

Turkey's avatar is bigger than we are allowed, but somehow he manmaged to get it into the system.Mods priveledge i guess......
