I can understand the issue where the club will not accept a postal application however could there be more than the option of fax or phone.

Fax is somewhat dated in this day and age and hardly anyone has a fax at home, could there be a generic mail address to email a ticket application ?

We have reserved this facility for busy periods. Currently it is fairly easy to get through on the telephone.
