I was buying tickets from the shop a few days ago and heard one of the staff phoning a fan to check that his tickets had arrived. Was very impressed, well done!

Thanks. I will pass this on. The staff in the ticket office are all fans, so appreciate the concerns of supporters when buying tickets.
