Possibly repeating another thread (and I wouldn't expect you to respond) but I'd also just like to thank the ticket office staff who have obviously been working under a lot of pressure recently.
When I've eventually got through to them,
they've gone out of their way (in my case) to make sure I've got tickets for matches.
Please pass that on if nothing else.
