Recently I purchased my Cheltenham and Orient tickets together with another application and the other application was processed and returned but not mine.

I spoke to the ticket office and they advised they could not be clear what had happened and also could not actually find my application. They did advise please be patient and see if the application arrives and they would get back to me.

The application did arrive around 5 days later and I was very pleased also the day before the Orient game they contacted me direct to check I had tickets for the Orient game advising I was sort of "in dispute" and they needed to check I had my tickets.

Can you please thank them for this and I was extremely impressed as this is very good customer service to own an issue and also check it is resolved.

Thanks. I will pass this on. It's nice that you and others here have taken the trouble to post this on here, as more often than not it's a thankless task for our ticket office staff. Cheers.
