Like others I've experienced problems getting through on the phone and have, for a couple of games, turned to online booking. I wonder if the facility to select seating will shortly be available? At present you are allocated a random seat in the stand you select. Clearly this makes for a lonely experience should you wish to enjoy the match with friends that already have tickets.
