Years ago the club used to run trains to away matches and the team returned in the front carriages of these trains have the club ever considered resuming this service or would it now be not cost effective. Especially as we are always hearing about how many supporters travel away but wont go to Withdean.

The trouble is that in the post-privatisation era of the railways, charter trains need to be economically viable and that is difficult. With so much cut-price travel it would be difficult for the club to compete on a one-off basis. We did it for the playoff final, when there were big numbers, and only made a marginal profit.
