There have been a number of recent threads/queries relating to both online ticket purchase and the difficulty in getting through to the ticket office on the phone.
Buying online is a way of avoiding the latter and therefore takes some pressure off the current telephone system that clearly struggles to cope at present.
However, please oh please do not advertise tickets as being available for online purchase when they are clearly not. I've seen this on previous occasions but currently, Walsall tickets for 6th November fall into this category. The club's website says they are available (see below) but on clicking to November it seems that only tickets for the Luton game are so?

This surely isn't a problem of resourcing, just a question of 'joined up handwriting'. Please try to remember that fans are BHA business customers.
