thinking about getting one. anyone got any advice. buy in store or on the net? looking for 37 inch minimum

there is a new thing 1080 i think, look out for that. no idea what it all means though

1080p is what you want, p is for "progreessive scan" that's the latest HD format.

Get yerself a couple of mags, "What Home Cinema" that type of thing, then get down to a decent shop and have a watch.

Go for the 1080p if you can afford it, then it'll be compatible for a long time to come.

get the 1080p.
Higher resolution, sharper colours.
got meself one for $1000

what made you plump for this one?
been looking all over the net and gotta admit these regza toshibas seem to be poular and not bad price either
