Yes, similar for me. Checked my NS&I account on 2nd Jan hoping to see some wins but nothing...strange system !

Hang on a couple of days...last month I thought I had won nothing until suddenly on 4th Jan It suddenly sent me an email to say I'd won.

Thanks, never knew that. I don't have the phone app, lifes to short, but, I do check online at the web site...

Seeing that this was bounced I checked my account this morning and nothing....I get home and just had an e-mail saying congrats, you have won ? does the draw run over a few days then ? I thought it was all drawn on the first working day of the month and you were advised within 24 hours ?... oh...

Just checked my account as I had an email from NS&I and I won £50 in the july draw... ah well, better than nothing.

No email from NS&I today sadly, only hope I have is that I'm on a list of phone calls for the big ones !
