I think I heard Simon Mann on 5Live talking about this, apparently its a bid to save money as it costs a lot of money island hopping to 3 different venues so the West Indies board are trialling having 2/3 or 2 x 2 out of a 5 match series in the same venue as a cost cutting exercise.
