that seems to have more of an effect on Portland Road from what I can see. You're right though, Boundary Rd should be a lot nicer (it does have the odd gem to be fair) as the area around it is actually fairly well off- including that part of Portslade which is becoming more expensive to live in.

St Peters Plaza?!?!

The Level was the key for me. Its absolutely great there now and has dragged the rest of the area up. Is the lounge place the same owners as Modello on Church Road? I like that place
