Read above quote, Cameron needs it to go through the EU parliament for it to be legally binding and since the EFDD group will be voting on the issue he needs their vote.
Because as we are all aware the renegotiations need to be ratified by the EU parliament and Nigel Farage is leader of the EFD group in Brussels. So the PM needs to get backing from all the groups in the EU group for it to go through.
Is David Cameron too busy to meet with Nigel Farage MEP or is he lacking courage? Surely, in the interests of the electorate Cameron's begging must be scrutinised.
