    After my conversation today I suspect that view is wrong, they will be going after any use of the logo where it is unlicensed. They even have an employee whose job it is to do this.

    I did ask they are going to email me but apparently the person that phoned me wants to get the wording checked before they send the email. I think TBH it is time to move away from the crest anyway and have some other kind of image it was always lazy just having the badge.

    Been asked to remove the "unlicenced" club badge from the sites Not really got a problem with that just seems a bit overblown for fans sites just a warning for anyone else using it.
