That wouldn't happen unless the player heading the ball went for the diving header at the exact moment the ball left the foot of the player passing or crossing it. He would have to dive before the ball got to him basically.- symyjym

They should measure the offside from the feet not the shoulder. This would definitely make it fairer.- symyjym
