I would say that Bong is a "Steady Prem Player" for what it's worth.

We need another Bernardo type player on the right both doubling up as pacey wingers to strike fear into the opposition. Bong is a good defender but I always feel that he doesn't trust his left foot enough to put the crosses in where it is supposed to hurt, which defeats the objective of the game.
